After completing the Baseline Testing, each athlete will be personally guided through their own program until each session is complete.
Each youth athlete will be guided through a program in a small group setting to build a proper foundation before entering the advanced program. Sessions will include core strengthening, footwork, plyometrics, lifting form, teaching running form and stretching.

Each client will be guided through a program either in a 1-on-1 dynamic or in a small group setting. Sessions will be targeting different muscle groups with cardio and mobility integrated.

The thing I enjoyed the most about working with T was how he was able to just have the same energy every single day.. I can’t remember a day where I thought he took anything for granted, he truly gave me inspiration to keep my head down and grind no matter what the circumstances.. I was a little hesitant at first, as any athlete would be coming of a surgery, but T assured me that I would be fine and I would feel and look better than how I came in.. he has done nothing short but kept his word and that’s the mark of a solid human being who truly cares to maximize YOUR potential.. also appreciated how driven T was, both about his rising his business and the athletes he trains.. as time went on he found new ways to motivate and keep things fresh and challenging.. Ty Marx (Owner)
Ty, head trainer at MATRYX, was a two sport athlete in wrestling, and eventually playing football at the collegiate level. He studied Athletic Training at King’s College and continues to educate himself on the latest methods of advanced training and injury prevention/rehab. Having experienced the immense physical and mental challenge that comes with injury rehab, he enforces the importance of taking care of the mind and body on and off the field. Ty has almost 6 years experience of working with hundreds of athletes including Olympic Level and National Champion Athletes.

Ty is the founder and head trainer at MATRYX. With nearly seven (7) years of experience, Ty has devoted more than 12,000 hours in his personal career to developing the athletic skills in over a thousand of athletes including Olympic Level, NFL Pro Bowlers, and National Champion Athletes. Having been a two-sport athlete in wrestling and football at the collegiate level, he has the unique perspective of an athlete in training and great appreciation for the stakes associated with their success.
