Ty, head trainer and founder at MATRYX, was a two-sport collegiate athlete in wrestling and football before studying Athletic Training at King’s College. He’s spent nearly 11 years and more than 20,000 floor-hours coaching over a thousand athletes — including NFL Pro Bowlers, NBA pros, Olympic-level, and National Champion athletes.
