Matryx is the best training facility in the Lehigh Valley by far, been to multiple trainers for my son and Tyler is the most personable. Always has something new to offer, whether it's new equipment or specialty programs for certain sports like baseball or softball. He is always there and involved. Definitely see results. Couldn't be any happier and pleased. Highly recommended!
