After completing the Baseline Testing, each athlete will be personally guided through their own program until each session is complete.
Each youth athlete will be guided through a program in a small group setting to build a proper foundation before entering the advanced program. Sessions will include core strengthening, footwork, plyometrics, lifting form, teaching running form and stretching.

Each client will be guided through a program either in a 1-on-1 dynamic or in a small group setting. Sessions will be targeting different muscle groups with cardio and mobility integrated.
